PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK
Praying Your Prodigal Home is cancelled tonight and
will resume September 7th.
All Church Prayer and Fasting each Monday. Prayer
begins at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary and nursery care for infants through
kindergarten is available as well as children’s prayer for 1st through
6th grade.
E3 - "THE HOLY SPIRIT"
Join us as we continue our series on the Holy Spirit. The
topic this week is "Gifts of the Holy Spirit." Worship starts
at 6pm in room 3:16. This series is open to the church body. We
will be heading to BJ's restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga after the service for
a time of fellowship and dessert.
COUPLES NIGHT OUT-SEPTEMBER 5TH
Raul and Sharon Ries will be sharing with us on family and priorities. Please
join us for a night of fellowship, lattes and dessert! Childcare is available
from 7:30-9:30. The cost is $14.00. Sign up today at the back counter, space

MINISTRY SERVANTS NEEDED
We have a need for servants in the Ushers and Parking Lot Ministries. If
you are interested in serving in these areas, or in another capacity here at

WOMEN'S PRAYER MEETING
- WEDNESDAYS
Ladies make plans to join us for a time of prayer on Wednesdays. We will
meet in room #4 from 5:45 - 6:45pm to seek the Lord together. Hope to see you

MEN’S RETREAT- SEPTEMBER
26-28TH
Sign ups are underway for this year’s Men’s Retreat at Twin Peaks
Conference Center September 26-28. The cost is $130 and a $50
non-refundable deposit is due at time of sign up. This includes
lodging, all meals, and materials. Sign up at the back counter!
CCUCA HOMESCHOOL
YOUTH FUNDRAISER
Please come and join us today, after all services. We will be serving refreshing
snow cones! All donations will go to our year end youth event. Thank you for

HEART TO HEART-AUGUST 26
This is our last Heart to Heart for the summer. Jan Vance from Harvest Christian
Fellowship is our speaker. Join us at 6:30 for goodies and fellowship followed
by worship and a teaching. Our evening ends at 9:00. Hope to see you

MUSICIANS’ FELLOWSHIP – AUGUST
28TH
Our next Musicians’ Fellowship will be next Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in
the sanctuary. Whether you are currently involved in the worship ministry,
or would just like to know more, please sign up on the interest list at the
back counter and make plans to be with us. If you play an instrument,
bring it along. Drummers can use the setup at the church.
SONQUEST
If you are interested in a ministry in which we evangelize to the children
of our community we would like to encourage you to sign up for the SonQuest
ministry.
VBS
We are changing our plans for VBS this year! We are postponing the date until
Christmas break. Exact dates, times and more information to come. We are
still taking sign ups for those wanting to serve in this ministry. For more
information please speak with Jason Arellano.
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY STARTING
- OCTOBER 14
We are now taking sign ups for the Women's Bible Study beginning the week of
October 14th and we'll be studying the book of Daniel. This six week session
costs $17 and can be purchased at the back counter.
OUR DEFENDERS COVERED IN PRAYER
We are starting up a new prayer ministry, where you will have the opportunity
to sign up to pray for a specific defender currently serving our nation.
It is our desire for individual to pray specifically for one soldier. If
you are interested there is a list at the back counter. Each defender is
represented by a specific verse, sign your name by the verse of your choice
and you will be given a small packet with information on it relating specific
to that military personal and more information on the ministry. Sign up today!!!
FOOD BOX PANTRY NEEDS REPLENISHING
Our food box pantry is getting low again and we want to be able to provide
food for those who are in need. If you can bring in any or all of the
items on the shopping list located at the back counter, we can rebuild our
food supply. Please do not bring any dented cans or items that are
expired or nearing expiration.
NEW E-MAIL PRAYER CHAIN STARTING
We are taking sign ups for those interested in praying for request that come
into the office either by phone call or e-mail the requests that come into
the office will then be distributed by e-mail. If you are available
to receive regular or urgent prayer e-mails anytime day or night and then
pray for that request, we would love to have you as part of this ministry. Even
if you were part of the prayer chain in the past we need you to sign up again
if you would like to continue in this ministry. Sign up at the back
counter.
BRUNCH MINISTRY NEEDS SERVANTS
Ladies, if you would enjoy serving food and decorating for women's events,
the Brunch Ministry needs you! For more information, inquire at the back
counter.

If you would like someone to meet with you to help you grow in your relationship
with Jesus---Just sign up at the back counter and someone from the Discipleship
Ministry will contact you.
